Description
Crispy air fryer falafel wrap bites made with chickpeas and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 small tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined.
- Add flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape mixture into small balls or patties.
- Brush with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm tortillas in a pan.
- Assemble wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, and falafel bites.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce and serve.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
