  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the pickle slices and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  5. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  6. Dredge each pickle slice in the flour mixture, dip in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Spray the pickles lightly with cooking spray.
  9. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
