Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
