Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup assorted fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, etc.)

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly.
- Add cold water gradually and mix until a dough forms.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out dough and cut into circles to fit your tartlet pans.
- Press dough into tartlet pans and prick with a fork.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into cooled tartlet shells.
- Top with fresh fruits, arranging them aesthetically.

- For a sweeter filling, adjust honey to taste.
