Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into small balls and roll them out into flatbreads.
- Mix garlic and parsley, then brush on each flatbread.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place flatbreads in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and serve warm.
