Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine quartered potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
