- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides.
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
