Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the beaten egg.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with a side of vegetables or salad.
