Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut potatoes into thin fries.
- Soak fries in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Toss fries in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Once crispy, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve hot.
