Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy variation, add chopped jalapeños.
- For a Mediterranean twist, add feta cheese and oregano.
- Serve with a yogurt sauce or avocado for added flavor.
