Crispy air fryer jalapeno poppers stuffed with creamy cheese.
Ingredients

- 10 fresh jalapenos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Coat the stuffed jalapenos with breadcrumbs.
- Place jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by keeping or removing the seeds.
- For a variation, add shredded chicken to the cheese mixture.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
