Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed jalapenos.
  7. Place jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For a spicier option, leave some seeds in the jalapenos.
