- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed jalapenos.
- Place jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier option, leave some seeds in the jalapenos.
- You can add cooked bacon bits to the cheese filling for extra flavor.
- Serve with ranch dressing or salsa for dipping.
