Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, jerk seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss the wings until fully coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
- Serve with a side of cooling dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
- Consider garnishing with fresh cilantro or lime wedges for added flavor.
