  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
