Delicious and tangy lemon bars made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the butter mixture; combine well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits your air fryer.
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Adjust lemon juice for desired tanginess.
- Top with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
