Description
Crispy air fryer mango habanero wings with a sweet and spicy glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 2–3 habanero peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mango puree, chopped habaneros, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken wings with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and toss with any remaining glaze.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the number of habaneros for desired heat level.
- For a smoky flavor, add smoked paprika to the marinade.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro for added color.
