Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  4. Brush olive oil on the chicken breasts.
  5. Coat the chicken with the maple mixture, reserving some for basting.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each piece.
  7. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Baste with remaining maple mixture during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  9. Remove chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
