Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Brush olive oil on the chicken breasts.
- Coat the chicken with the maple mixture, reserving some for basting.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each piece.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Baste with remaining maple mixture during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
