Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Marinara sauce
- Mozzarella cheese slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble sliders: place a meatball on each bun, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return assembled sliders to the air fryer for 3-4 minutes to melt the cheese.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For heat, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- Use different types of cheese for variety.
