Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, experiment with different herbs.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Garnish with extra parsley for presentation.
