A quick and easy recipe for making mini pizza rolls in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 package of pizza dough (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to form a triangle and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Arrange the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust the filling ingredients according to your preference.
- Experiment with different cheeses or toppings.
- Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
