- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, then add the cooled espresso.
- Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
