Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the mozzarella sticks in half if desired.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each mozzarella stick into the egg, then coat it in the almond flour mixture.
  6. Place coated sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
