Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast for stuffing.
  3. Stuff each pocket with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Dip the stuffed chicken in the beaten egg.
