Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ground meat, tomatoes, green onions, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stuff each bell pepper half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the peppers are tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
