Ingredients

- 4 bell peppers, halved and seeds removed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ground meat, tomatoes, green onions, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stuff each bell pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add black beans.
- Experiment with different types of cheese for varied flavors.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or jalapenos for added heat.
