- 2 large onions, sliced into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion ring in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Spray the onion rings lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the onion rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Try using panko breadcrumbs for an even crunchier texture.
- Experiment with different spices in the flour mixture for unique flavors.
