- 2 large onions, sliced into rings
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each onion ring into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

- For added spice, include cayenne pepper in the coating mixture.
