Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the orange mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a small saucepan, heat the remaining marinade over medium heat.
- Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then add to the marinade.
- Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooked chicken fillets before serving.

- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
