- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Place the mini phyllo pastry cups in the air fryer basket.
- Fill each pastry cup with the pecan mixture, ensuring not to overfill.
- Air fry the cups for 8-10 minutes or until the filling is set and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
