Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pesto sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the pesto mixture.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a crispy finish, you can sprinkle breadcrumbs on the chicken before air frying.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
- You can use homemade pesto for a richer flavor.
