A simple recipe for making crispy potato chips using an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Optional seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, or pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a knife or mandoline.
- Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the slices dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil and salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
