- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 package of pre-made pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles using a cookie cutter.
- Place a teaspoon of the pumpkin filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges using a fork.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each pie bite.
- Arrange the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For a different flavor, add a pinch of cardamom to the filling.
- Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream for added richness.
