- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Grease your donut molds with cooking spray.
- Fill each mold about halfway with the batter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow donuts to cool slightly before removing from molds.
Notes
- You can add a glaze by mixing powdered sugar with a little milk and vanilla extract.
- For variations, try adding chocolate chips or nuts to the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
