Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and trim the radishes, removing the tops and tails.
- Slice radishes thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, toss the radish slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Arrange the radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chips are crispy and golden.
- Remove chips and let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.

- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
