Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the baby potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- Place the potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash each one with a fork.
- Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on top.
- Place the smashed potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
