Air fryer s’mores bites are a quick and delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers into bite-sized pieces.

- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add crushed graham crackers and stir until combined.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Press a layer of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the basket.
- Add a layer of chocolate chips and then a layer of mini marshmallows on top.
- Cover with another layer of the graham cracker mixture.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer and let it cool slightly before cutting into bites.
Notes
- For a variation, use peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips.
- Serve with a drizzle of melted chocolate on top for presentation.
- Experiment with flavored marshmallows for added taste.
