Description

Air fryer s’mores bites are a quick and delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers into bite-sized pieces.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add crushed graham crackers and stir until combined.
  4. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  5. Press a layer of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the basket.
  6. Add a layer of chocolate chips and then a layer of mini marshmallows on top.
  7. Cover with another layer of the graham cracker mixture.
  8. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
  9. Remove from air fryer and let it cool slightly before cutting into bites.

Notes

  • For a variation, use peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips.
