Description
A simple recipe for air fryer spaghetti squash noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the inside of each half with olive oil.
- Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the squash halves cut-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until the flesh is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Use a fork to scrape the flesh into noodle-like strands.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider topping with marinara sauce or pesto.
- Experiment with different seasonings based on your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
