Description

A simple recipe for air fryer spaghetti squash noodles.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Brush the inside of each half with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Place the squash halves cut-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes or until the flesh is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  8. Use a fork to scrape the flesh into noodle-like strands.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider topping with marinara sauce or pesto.
  • Experiment with different seasonings based on your preference.
