  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken wings to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Remove wings from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off.
  5. Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  7. While the wings cook, simmer the leftover marinade in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  8. Once wings are done, brush them with the thickened marinade for extra flavor.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
