Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract; stir until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently; shape into a disk.
  6. Cut out biscuits using a cutter and place them in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. While biscuits are cooking, macerate strawberries with brown sugar; let sit for 10 minutes.
  9. Once biscuits are done, let them cool slightly.
  10. Assemble by splitting biscuits, adding strawberries and whipped cream, then topping with the other half.

Notes
