- 12 large button mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the mushrooms are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
