Ingredients

  • 12 large button mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
