A simple air fryer recipe for sweet chili chicken breast.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the sauce mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
