Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into thin fries.
  3. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil until evenly coated.
  4. In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Add the cinnamon sugar mixture to the fries and toss to coat.
  6. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Check for crispiness; add more time if necessary.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato fries in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
