Ingredients

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into thin fries.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cinnamon sugar mixture to the fries and toss to coat.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for crispiness; add more time if necessary.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato fries in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
- Serve with a dip of your choice for added flavor.
