- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, vegetable oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and paprika.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- For a spicier version, add chili powder to the marinade.
