- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the peanut sauce mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

- For a spicy kick, add chili flakes to the sauce.
