Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken fillets in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and peanuts before serving.
