  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the drained tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss again to ensure an even coating.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the tofu and mix gently.
  7. Place the coated tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
