- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the patties in the basket without overlapping.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
