Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
