Crispy air fryer zucchini fries that are easy to make and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip each zucchini fry in the beaten egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Experiment with different herbs and spices in the breadcrumb mixture.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
