  • Green beans – 1 pound, trimmed
  • Cranberry sauce – 1 can (14 ounces)
  • Mashed potatoes – 5 pounds
  • Gravy – 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing butter all over it.
  3. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mix.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  6. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil in the last hour for browning.
  7. While the turkey cooks, boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk.
  8. Steam the green beans until bright green.
  9. Heat the cranberry sauce and gravy in separate pots.
