Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup green olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup sliced salami
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, olives, salami, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, artichokes, and red onion.
- Toss the salad gently to mix the ingredients.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.
- Toss again to coat the ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
